Hot on the heels of being awarded its first Michelin star, Pavyllon London – Yannick Alléno’s first London restaurant – will play host to a one-off dinner showcasing the prestigious wines of Domaine Prieuré-Roch.
Hosted by Chef Yannick Alléno alongside Prieuré Roch’s revered winemaker since 2010, Yannick Champ, the evening will be a celebration of the French winery’s finest vintages, each ingeniously paired with one of Pavyllon’s exquisite dishes.
Specially chosen and crafted by Alléno and Champ, the six-course menu will be an expression of the chef’s celebrated culinary art, known for its contemporary takes on traditional French cookery. Dishes are set to include wild seabass carpaccio, steamed comté cheese soufflé, confit cod in citrus oil and wagyu beef mille feuille.
To match the prestige of Alléno’s cuisine, Champ has selected a number of bottles from the Burgundy estate, known for its elegant, ripe wines – in particular, one of the world’s best pinot noirs. Across its vineyards, the winery works to strict organic standards (fully biodynamic in some cases) and traditional cellar methods; as a result, Domaine Prieuré-Roch’s bottles are highly sought after, and Champ’s name is one of the most respected in the industry.
Elite Traveler has written about the event that “the evening will be a celebration of some of Europe’s finest food and wine”.
Due to its exclusivity of the wines and ingredients, tickets are priced at £850 per person, with a total of just 20 slots available.
