Our kitchen is like a theatre where we perform our gourmet play live every day. Our intimate counter invites convivial moments and the savoured tasting of beautiful plates. Head sommelier Baptiste Beaumard is your champion of wine exploration, and we serve twenty or more by the glass. We prepare our cocktails with a cook’s sensibility using secret handmade extractions.
