Our kitchen is like a theatre where we perform our gourmet play live every day. Our intimate counter invites convivial moments and the savoured tasting of beautiful plates. Our public rooms and terrace are where friends and families can happily gather. Our upstairs room makes a more secluded space for meetings and occasions. At the centre of it all, Bar Antoine brings it joyfully to life. We serve modern French cuisine, created as only Chef Yannick knows how, but our restaurant meets contemporary needs in other curated ways. Our broad, balanced menu is designed to gratify every guest. We lend a hand to health and the environment with unique and inventive cooking techniques. Head sommelier Baptiste Beaumard is your champion of wine exploration, and we serve twenty or more by the glass. We prepare our cocktails with a cook’s sensibility using secret handmade extractions. And in the design, Chahan Minassian has crafted architectural, artistic, and textural nuances that flow around us and embrace us.
