On Thursday, 10th July, a rare and exciting culinary collaboration brings together two visionaries from different ends of the gastronomic spectrum: Yannick Alléno, one of the most decorated Michelin-starred chefs in history known for his modern French cuisine, and James Knappett, the creative force behind the two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table, celebrated for his ingredient-led, British tasting menus. Together, they will craft an unforgettable evening that bridges precision and spontaneity, classic technique and contemporary flair.

This event is part of Pavyllon’s Counter-Culture series, where Yannick Alléno and Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell welcome some of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs to cook alongside them at the restaurant’s iconic counter.
