On 30 September, Bar Antoine welcomes Le Syndicat, one of Paris’ most celebrated cocktail bars and a regular presence on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, for an exclusive one-night-only guest shift. Bringing together two distinctive expressions of French cocktail culture, the evening will celebrate a shared passion for exceptional spirits, creativity and impeccable hospitality. Known for its playful and pioneering approach to French drinking, Le Syndicat will bring its distinctive Parisian energy to Bar Antoine with three signature serves. Le Syndicat founder Romain Le Mouëllic will be at the bar alongside Bar Director Svaja and Bartender Raf, ensuring Londoners get the chance to discover the distinctive flavours and spirit of Le Syndicat for themselves.
Bar Antoine will present three of its own signatures for the evening, created around bold flavour combinations and a distinctly French sensibility, with Bar Manager Leon Gasco at the helm. From unexpected ingredients and inventive techniques to familiar tastes reimagined in surprising ways, the six-cocktail menu offers a playful exploration of French drinking rituals, bringing together Le Syndicat’s boundary-pushing approach to cocktails with Bar Antoine’s new menu showcasing 'the art of drinking well'.
