On Thursday 28th May, Pavyllon London welcomes Chef Florence Mae Maglanoc, the acclaimed founder and creative force behind Donia, for the next edition of Counter Culture. For one night only, Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell joins Florence behind the counter for a collaborative dining experience that brings together the refined precision of modern French cuisine with the bold, vibrant flavours of contemporary Filipino cooking. Set against the intimate backdrop of Pavyllon London, the evening promises a dynamic menu shaped by creativity, craftsmanship and cultural exchange.
